True. A quick email to ask permission might get a yes, especially as it's only a small portion and not used in its original form. Other options... the centre circle of Wheel of Fortune? Or a TdeMarseilles Ace of coins? CiroM was always very amenable to people using his work for websites... he might have some lovely art he would allow to be used. In his Free Stuff there's a gorgeous pentacle in a circle www.ciromarchetti.com/free-stuff(Not that I don't like the moon! I just personally find that card a little unsettling and would prefer a more upbeat card!  ) |

With the moon's rays because the sun's actual rays are a bit tricky (and the sun looks bald and weird without any rays!  ). I'd need to edit a bit (or just draw new rays) for consistent crispness because I have a lower resolution file for the moon. And these are bigger than I thought but oh well...  I like the Marseille, although it doesn't give me the space/atmosphere feeling... that could be fixed with the background though:  I gave the Thoth a try, but I think the image might be a bit too busy to read well in a smaller logo? I could try a simplified drawing of it if people like the concept though:  |

Aw, I really loved the idea of using the RWS moon. It is one of my favorite cards, though, since it represents me well, so I suppose I'm biased.

Glad you like them!  I'll make some adjustments and maybe come up with a few variants to have some options? Let me know what pixel dimensions Proboards wants the banner to be so I can make sure it's the right size (I used a screenshot to estimate but it might not be completely accurate). |

I think most people are over choosing a forum by looks - and this one works fine for me as it is. BUT - If you want purplish, space, and one of Ciro's, why not this one ? www.ciromarchetti.com/free-stuff?lightbox=c1nvn (I tried to link as an image and it ain't working as far as I can see...) OK - via imgur   I really wouldn't mess with the Thoth. Copyright with that gets VERY nasty. So can USG if you used anything from the Waite/Smith. And I have to say I personally dislike ones where people replace a letter with a picture... |
