These are the general rules for exchanging readings. Please read the rules posts for board specific exchanges (i.e. divination, help wanted, lenormand, etc).
READERS:
All reading exchanges are to be conducted in the threads on the forum. DO NOT SEND READINGS BY PRIVATE MESSAGE.
Please be clear about the terms of your readings, and what questions you will and won’t take.
Be up front about reading turn around times. If readings are taking longer than expected, please update your sitters so they know.
If you’re requesting return readings You have the obligation of giving the first reading.
If you’re requesting return readings you have an obligation to leave feedback for the return reading.
You have the right to refuse a sitter or question for any reason. Do not publicly post why you are refusing the sitter, just politely decline or ask for the sitter to ask a different question.

DO NOT ASK ANYTHING YOU DON’T WANT ANSWERED IN PUBLIC

When requesting a reading remember it is just that. A request. Do not just internet-shout your question at the Reader. Ask the Reader if you may sit, and Say Please and Thank You. i.e.
“Hello Reader,
Are you still accepting sitters? If so I would like to please ask *insert question here*
Thank you in advance
Sitter”
Tarotsphere follows the laws of Equivalent Exchange. Your feedback must be equivalent to your reading. If your reading was a sentence long, your feedback is at least the same. If your reading included several major points with detail, you should address those points separately with detail.
"Thanks that was helpful" IS NOT FEEDBACK!
Your feedback must include whether the reading resonated and reason/s why or why not.
Feedback must be given in a timely manner. If you can’t respond according to the terms the Reader has set forth, please say so when requesting the reading.
You can and will be temporarily or permanently banned from all exchange forums for not leaving feedback.
Begging or harassing forum members for readings, especially thru PM, will result in a permanent ban.
