Is anyone else having an issue with staying logged in? I stay logged into my Proboards global account but when I come here I still have to log in every time. I have cookies from forum.tarotsphere.net (which is a folder containing a cookie labeled "session_id" which I assume is the login cookie but I'm not sure), tarotsphere.net, and login.proboards.com. My browser is set to retain these and it does, they aren't getting deleted when I close it or anything. Just thought I'd ask if anyone else has run into this. Thanks. |

Is there a "remember me" check box you might not be seeing? It took me forever to realize that on AT
I have no idea why that might be happening? Anyone else?
Unfortunately I'm not THAT tech savvy... Maybe someone on the PB support forum could help if you're still having trouble? Let me know if you need me to link you to there.

I always check "Remember me" when I log into my Proboards global account and I stay logged in, but when I come here I have to log in every time. I've only used Proboards once before and then briefly so I'm not that familiar with how it works. What I'm experiencing could be normal, that's why I was wondering if others were able to stay logged in. If so then I'll have to look on my end for a solution.  |

I'm sorry Abrac  I'm a "unplug it, plug it back in" kind of solver. I'll try to recruit a mod with a little more technical savvy than me to help you. In the meantime I hope you can forgive the growing pains. There were bound to be some hiccups with the AT closure, but I was hoping they'd be mine to bear, not the members. |

So far I've only been booted once. But then again I keep the tab open and when I start back up Chrome resumes everything for me (Chrome bonus or a Chromebook bonus?) But I make sure it remembers me just in case. It might be a slight server glitch - who knows. With a new forum that's growing pretty fast that might be what it is.

SOLVED! The URLs are different when you're logged out than when you're logged in. The bookmark I was using opened the logged out URL. When I use the other URL it works fine.  Now I feel pretty stupid, sorry for causing unnecessary turmoil. |

So you were just resetting yourself each time  Actually, I wouldn't have thought that to be an issue. I'm surprised you caught that at all! I don't think I would have been able to (seems obvious when you realize it, but seriously...who pays attention to what they bookmark after it's been done?) |
